    Core component composition

    Urea tank: stores a mixture of 32.5% urea solution and 67.5% deionized water, made of corrosion-resistant polyethylene material, equipped with liquid level and temperature sensors, and reserved with a 10% expansion volume to cope with low-temperature icing expansion.
    Urea pump: Integrated metering pump, compressed air solenoid valve, heater and controller, connected to the tank through urea pipeline, to achieve precise solution injection and fault self diagnosis.
    Nozzle: It adopts an electrically controlled solenoid valve structure to atomize urea solution and spray it into the exhaust pipe. It needs to be connected to the engine cooling water pipeline to prevent high temperature damage.
    Catalytic converter (SCR box): Equipped with a catalyst carrier, it reacts the ammonia produced by urea decomposition with NOx at temperatures above 200 ℃ to generate nitrogen and water.
    Sensor components: including liquid level sensor, temperature sensor, and NOx sensor, real-time monitoring of urea solution status and exhaust gas composition, providing data support for the control system.
    Pipeline system: composed of inlet pipe, return pipe, pressure pipe, and cooling water pipe, connected by dedicated hoses to ensure solution circulation and equipment temperature control.
    Control Unit (DCU): communicates with the engine ECU through the CAN bus, calculates the urea injection amount based on operating parameters, and achieves closed-loop control and OBD fault diagnosis.
